Company Ranking
All the companies collecting feedback in QualityNet compete with each other for the greatest volume in feedback and in the averages given for the company in the feedback. Every three months ranking surveys are automatically taken of the companies involved to find out whether they have achieved the collective target average set by the Finnish Tourist Board for all the questions in the range. These lists are automatically generated for periods of three months (January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December). Ranking lists are also taken for the whole year at the beginning of the following year.
Ranking lists are taken at four different levels:
- by sector
- by region
- overall listing
- by company size
The requirements for getting on the ranking list:
- exceeding a certain volume of feedback during a period of 3 months/1 year by turnover category
- the collective target average of all the questions is no less than 4.00
